Managed a Refer-a-Friend rewards program through the Ambassador platform
Throughout my time at the National Inventors Hall of Fame, I have learned a lot about digital marketing processes. I have learned how the company uses Google listings to advertise and categorize locations that hold the Camp Invention program. I have also worked within the Marketing Cloud application within Salesforce to send mass email communications to parents regarding locations of camps in their area and to send surveys for feedback about the programs. Lastly, I have helped manage the company's refer-a-friend program. This third-party program, run through Ambassador, allowed me to understand the processes of referral programs and how it can lead to a larger customer base.
